Though this letter is coming to you later than I had hoped, it is no less sincere in its intent and content in conveying our utmost delight and appreciation for all you and your crews did in getting our beautiful pool installed. The timeliness of the project, adhering to the estimated timetables, your constant availability and presence, the professionalism of the crews - from the rough-in to the tile work to the pavers for the decking, to the aluminum cage, all was as promised; professional and correct. We especially appreciate the extra time given to the decision to blend the pool decking with our existing concrete porch. The outcome is beautiful and ties in brilliantly with the house.
The pool adds a whole new dimension to our home an we receive very gracious comments from all our guest as to the look, finish and beauty of hte pool. If the American dream is to own home, in Florida it is to own a home with a pool. We are very pleased that our home has a pool from Pool Design Concepts.

Michael and I would like to thank "the team" for the professionalism, outstanding workmanship, attention to detail and always patient and courteous attitude exhibited during our pool and lanai renovation.
From our first meeting with you, throughout the entire process, every question, every concern was promptly and satisfactorily addressed.
Initially, we entertained four bids. When we met with you, I felt you really listened to my "wants and needs". You understood perfectly the vision I had and your suggestions and knowledge of pool and spa design enhanced that vision. The end result was an inviting outdoor living space where we will entertain for years to come. I got exactly what I wanted.
We have renovated three houses and worked with many contractors over the years. I can honestly say this was the best experience; everything went smoothly, as promised, and with no suprise additional costs. It started out as a "honeymoon" and stayed that way through the entire project.
You were not the lowers bid, but my intuition and the confidence and trust you inspired from our first meeting made you the right choice. I always joked with you that I paid a "premium" for you, but believe me, it was well worth it.
